I need to haul something long, and want to fold the front passenger seat flat to allow for 8+' of stowage. I've tried in the past but not been able to quite get the front seat flat. Front passenger seat is not powered, so is it possible to get it flat, or is the best I can do to move it as far forward as it will go and lean the seat as upright as possible?

Will sliding the seat forward and reclining the back as far as possible the work for you?

The front seats will not fold flat.
