I'm taking the risk of serious repercussions and starting yet another thread asking for recommendations/information about picking aftermarket rims. I did go through a few threads on here and couldn't find the information I was looking for, so here goes:

I'm considering upgrading my tires from the stock 245/65R17 to 265/70R17. My first and obvious question is whether I need to change my rims in the first place, or if 265's will fit on the stock 17x7.5 XK rims without needing spacers.

If the answer is "yes", then I this is thread could be considered open and shut, but if it's a "no", then my followup question is what are the actual specs I need to make those tires work with my 3ish inch OME lift?
I would also like the new rims to have as minimal an effect on the handling (and especially safety) of the car as it is a daily driver, as well as not sticking out too much.

I've come up with a list of rims that I kind of like and their dimensions, but I'm unsure what exactly I should be looking for when comparing them to stock (sorry for the pasted table, I'm an Excel nerd):

I did, but like I said, I couldn't get a clear answer to my question (probably my fault).
I've seen a few people online running 265s on stock rims, but the guy at my shop recommended against putting 265s on 7.5" rims...

I have a 2 inch lift and have been driving on 265 70 17s on stock rims for years... works fine save for a slight rub at full lock, but nothing to get too concerned about.

So I've been doing some more "research" and came across KMC XD140 Recon wheels. They're 5x5 17x8.5 with a +18mm offset and a 71.5mm bore, so they should fit on the XK but KMC's site says they aren't...
Am I missing something?

I'm looking to see about some stancy wheels I can run and get by before my 2in lift.
Staying stock for now but was seeing if anyone can tell me if I can run a 17x7 or 17x8 with anywhere between +20 offset to -12

I will be running 245/70s
I like the wheels to stick out some

We just finished doing some lift adjustment and currently looking for a good set of tires to replace the current ones. My setup has a 2-inch lift and will be test driving it first probably this week when I get the chance. I don't have any problem with sizing since we've got it to figure out but the tire choice is another matter. I'm considering motivo nitto tires but it seems like toyo tires have good options as well. A friend of mine tried running a BFGoodrich before but he's not completely satisfied with it. Perhaps, I have to do more research before making a new purchase.
