New Jeep owner here! But having some big time issues and I'm hoping you fine folk can help me out!
I have a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited 5.7L V8 OHV 16V FI Engine . Recently had the SKIM removed as well as the ECM (I believe?) flashed by AllComputerResources. Before this, had some issues with the car starting in limp mode or dying after 3 seconds. Got the SKIM pulled out, got the new ECM installed and took it for a test drive. Everything worked perfect! Turned it on and off multiple times with no start-up issues. Took it for a spin and ran some errands throughout the day with no issues.
But suddenly, I get home and the alarm will not stop going off and I'm stumped on how to fix this.
I've already tried to following:
My key fob is not responding to any buttons that I press, and my lock/unlock button inside of the vehicle doesn't seem to work suddenly.
I'm confused because the car starts and runs totally fine, with the exception of the alarm blaring while it happens.
Any ideas on what this issue could be?

- Disconnect the battery for an hour and reconnect (Alarm still going off)
- Disconnected the battery and touched the negative and positive together for 5 minutes to force a hard reset (Alarm still going off)
- Tried a few different combinations of locking/unlocking the driver door with the key (Alarm still going off)
