Is this a trip that is being planned for XK owners across the nation?

Would love to get the input from those who attend EC Camp Commander. Are you interested in a National gathering?

hate to rain on the parade but that is how the Camp commander all started in the first place. It was originally discussed as an even for the whole group. BUT there wasnt anyplace centrally located that was suggested to be good for the group. and it was always too far for people from the coasts to come to one side or the other. THUS East side/west side camps were born. Im not saying it wont work. I like the idea. im just giving the heads up as to what will probably go on.

I think the best bet it to have some one see if souther MO or arkansas has jeep trails. its the only thing in the middle of the country that could work. Technically kansas was mentioned the first option but i know of one ORV park there but its 300acres and wouldnt take long to run most of it.its fun for a ONE-two day trip. but not a big event.

Here was the first thread where this was tried...of course it transitioned into the WC thread and the title was changed and few posts were inserted at the begining.

Everyone prepared to make a $100 non refundable deposit for KS Rocks Park for a national Commander event in 2012?

If so, post your name here.

Money will be used to secure reservations, prizes and a trip for me to go and check it out first. Ok, I am not going to do that.
The money will be used to fund deposits and prizes and other expenses (none personal)

Ah, is it like a camera to record your wheeling adventures? Sorry, I was thinking a front camera like the rear camera. That's why I was thinking- why would someone want a forward looking camera when you're already looking forward through your windshield. lol! Nevermind!

I painted a front bumper cover today for a 2010 BMW 7 Series that has cameras mounted on both sides of the cover, below the turn signals. Why ? I don't know. The window sticker was in the glove box. this thing costs $107,000.00. Gotta have everything, I guess.
